With years of professional cooking, baking and teaching experience, I love sharing my knowledge and showing people just how easy and enjoyable cooking from scratch can be.
Small Classes, Big Inspiration!
Most of my classes take place in my home kitchen in Llanllwni, Carmarthenshire, surrounded by the beautiful West Wales countryside.
I keep the groups small to create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where everyone can get involved, ask questions and learn at their own pace.I'll also be running occasional classes at other venues across West Wales, making it easier for more people to join in.
You don't need to own a Thermomix to attend!
